Dr. Thu Nguyen
Several years later, Dr. Nguyen graduated from McGill University in 2003. Four years later in 2007, she founded the Centre de Santé Dentaire Dr. Thu Nguyen.
Her main drive in her profession is the opportunity to touch people’s lives and bring them joy.
That is also why she has picked a proficient team that is as passionate as she is.
When Dr. Nguyen is not improving her patients’ smiles, she spends time with her three boys and her husband, or is training.
Finally, Dr. Nguyen is a devoted dentist fueled by her passion to help others.
Dr. Bianca Saban
Dr. Saban was trained and working as a dietitian in a community center when she realized that she could be doing more to help her clients. After researching, asking for advice, and shadowing several different kinds of professionals, she decided that dentistry was her path and decided to go back to school!
After attending Dental school at McGill university, she did an additional year of residency at the Montreal General Hospital. This allowed her to hone her skills and pursue extra training in oral medicine (including managing patients undergoing head and neck radiation), oral surgery and complex multidisciplinary cases.
Dr. Saban loves working with patients to help them improve their dental and overall health. She uses a patient centred approach, along with motivational interviewing techniques, to help her patient achieve their goals. She also likes to incorporate her previous career as a dietitian and provide dental-related nutrition advice.
When not working, Dr. Saban is usually spending time with her husband. She loves to read, paint and create things.
Dr. Christy Chu
Dr. Chu was born and raised in California and received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry.
After getting married, she moved from the states to Montreal and started working at Centre Dentaire Dre Thu Nguyen in 2016.
Outside of dentistry she has two young children who keep her very busy.
Dr. Mélanie Allard
Dr Allard graduated from McGill University in 2019. She then completed a 1-year general practice residency at the Montreal General Hospital before joining our team.
At the young age of 12, knowing she would later need corrective jaw surgery, Dr Allard knew she wanted to become a dentist because she was fascinated by everything a dentist could do. Dr Allard is passionate about her work and loves helping others.
When Dr Allard is not fixing teeth, she is always in the wilderness hiking, camping, skiing, walking her two dogs, or climbing with friends.
