Upon arrival at our clinic, you will immediately feel what sets us apart: a ‘WOW’ experience. We want you to have the best experience imaginable, so that taking care of your oral health becomes a priority and a pleasurable moment.

We want to know you better. That is why, on arrival, you will complete a medical questionnaire that you can also fill out beforehand by downloading it below:
We are a family dentistry clinic: we love children, which is why we created a designated children’s area. This area will allow them to wait while having fun. Also, consider joining our Kids Club! Ask a team member today.
As soon as one of our hygienists or dental assistants is available, she will give you a guided tour of our clinic to familiarize you with our establishment.
She then will not only assess your overall dental health but will seek to understand your preferences, expectations, concerns and needs, with the goal of providing you with the best treatment plan.
We take dental insurance and can claim these electronically.
In some cases, insurance companies do not offer this service for certain treatments.
First Nations and Inuit members are welcome! We are part of the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program.
During your first visit to our clinic, you will need to complete a health questionnaire upon your arrival. If necessary, a member of our team will help you. Your answers will help to better understand your health. To speed up the process on your first visit, we invite you to complete this health form in advance.
Our team will conduct a series of x-rays to see the condition of your dentition. These x-rays are intended to supplement the examination that the dentist will take during the visit. Basic x-rays are included in the exam.
Your dentist will then meet with you to discuss your oral and general health, learn more about your dental treatment history, and find important information in your health questionnaire.
The hygienist will clean your dentition and give you some advice for your daily life according to criteria that will have been identified during the cleaning.
Your dentist will perform an examination to check the condition of your dentition and will suggest, if applicable, a treatment plan and the different options available to you.
